heh, better to spend money when you are going to be earning it, rather than the other way around (yes, I may have been a little guilty of that last week...)
Of course it has. It is the anticipation of money coming in that helps us spend. Mind you - dwindling accounts have the same effect on me too. On the other hand - there is no need for a REASON to buy wool. To have and to hold is reason enough.
